• Report Cases of HIV and STDs

It is critically important (and required by law) that you report all cases of HIV, chlamydia (including LGV), gonorrhea, syphilis, and chancroid. The reporting of HIV and STD cases does not require patient consent and does not contradict the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Rule.
