In order to participate, restaurants must offer:   Smaller portion size options - in addition to existing menu items Healthy choices for kids (if you offer a kids menu) that includes fruit or vegetable, milk or water and fewer fried foods Drinking water free of charge If your menu already qualifies, go ahead and complete the application.
