List of call-in or drop-in locations where persons experiencing homelessness can gain initial access to or continue contact with housing and supportive services.

The FLEX Card Program (Feel well, Live well, Expand options)
provides a monthly $400 store gift card to people
with HIV every month for six months for basic needs such as
groceries, gas, and more. The program aims to help
participants improve their ability to access healthcare,
achieve financial or housing stability, and secure stable
employment, among other critical health or quality of life
needs.
This program is no longer accepting applications. To be notified of potential new opportunities to participate,
please email flexcard@ph.lacounty.gov to be added to our FLEX Card listserv.
Eligibility:
- Must be living with HIV,
- At least 18 years old,
- Resident of Los Angeles County,
- Not in any other Guaranteed Basic Income Program.
